Terms of Service
1. Unless otherwise agreed upon, all commissions are for personal and private use only! In addition, any association with NFTs, Crypto, and/or AI generated art is strictly prohibited.
Reposting on socials is allowed with proper credits to me, the artist.
2. Payments are done upfront via Paypal.
For larger pieces and designs such as a full body commission, a 50% down payment before completion is also acceptable. Remainder will still need to be paid before receiving completed product.
3. As the artist, I have the right to refuse any commissions that I don't want to do for any reason.
This can be due to the subject matter of said commission or general attitude of client.
4. Once we have passed the initial drafting phase, refunds will not be possible!
However, if I, the artist, cancels the commission for any reason, 100% of the payment will be refunded.
5. While I will do my best to stick to the time estimate given, a commission may take longer than expected depending on the queue.
Additional factors such as personal/work/health reasons can also influence the time it takes for completion. I will keep you informed of any changes/delays that may happen.
6. I will post progress shots/finished commissions on social media, portfolios, or other forms of marketing/advertising.
If you don't wish to be credited as the commissioner, let me know beforehand and I will refrain from using any identifiers.
7. As the artist, I retain full copyright of the final artwork and am allowed to post and use finished commissions as I like for things such as portfolios/future commissions.
